Exos is seeking a Youth Programs Instructor to join our team in Tampa. You will plan, prepare, and execute a daily set of lessons, drills, and games that engage children and promote self-esteem while meeting program goals.

You will ensure safe operation of activities and work independently with support from the Youth Recreation Manager to achieve targets. Experience with children and CPR/AED/FA is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience coaching/teaching children.
• Highly qualified motivator and communicator.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have prior experience working with children.
• Current CPR/AED/FA - Infant, Child & Adult.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and execute an organized and engaging daily set of lessons, drills, and/or games.
• Plan and conduct activities that promote self-esteem and encourage success.
• Provide opportunities for each child to meet the established goals of the program.
• Plan for the safe operation of the program and the safety of all participants.
• Work independently, with the support of the Youth Recreation Manager to meet the established goals of the program.
• Other duties as assigned by the Youth Recreation Manager.
