Michaels NORTH CONWAY, NH is seeking a Store Team Member focused on Event Coordination and Customer Experience. You will plan and coordinate kid’s birthday parties and craft classes, engage with guests of all ages, and help shoppers find products while delivering fast, friendly checkout experiences.

Responsibilities include running events, stocking, POS operations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail environment.
• Experience working with children and coordinating events.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based setting.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events including children’s birthday parties.
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Handle checkout and store tasks.
• Unpack trucks, stock, and maintain planograms.
