Job summary

The Little Gym International in Missouri is seeking a part-time team member to provide an outstanding customer service experience, interact with kids, and contribute to a fun, safe class environment. You'll help keep the gym clean, host parties after school hours, and work with a supportive shift team while teaching based on our curriculum.

Compensation is $12.75 per hour. All locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee; your application will go to the local franchise

Qualifications

• Willing to engage with kids and families in a positive, energetic manner.
• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics or dance helps.
• Service-oriented with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Able to stay in a good mood and be positive around children.
• Enjoy having fun while staying productive.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and treat members like family.
• Keep gym and lobby clean and disinfected at all times.
• Host parties and engage kids during late hours (6-10pm).
• Be part of a stellar shift team and manage own classes and tasks.
• Teach classes based on proven curriculum; training will be provided.
