Job summary

Brain Balance of Wexford is seeking a Cognitive Behavior Coach to work with children aged 4–18 who face social, emotional, academic and behavioral challenges. You will guide and support kids through sensory and motor activities designed to stimulate the brain in a supportive center setting.

As part of a passionate team, you’ll participate in ongoing training, family communication, and a structured schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to help children and families.
• Empathy, compassion, enthusiasm, patience, kindness and reliability.
• Curiosity about why children struggle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background and child abuse clearances.
• Reliable transportation/driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work with kids (4–18) with social, emotional, academic and behavioral challenges.
• Work part-time hours Mon, Wed, Fri 3:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Assist in implementing behavioral strategies and supporting families.
