Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Kids Attendant to care for children from 6 months to 12 years old at our Saint Paul club. You will create a safe, engaging environment while supporting parents during workouts with check-in/out and activity-led play.

The role requires childcare experience, strong communication, and CPR/AED certification, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and stellar customer service.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience or babysitting experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile
• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Provide proper registration and check-out of children & parents
• Watch and care for children to ensure their safety
• Provide consistent interaction with children
• Initiate games, arts & crafts projects
• Bottle-feed babies in accordance with parental direction
• Keep children calm
• Clean and sanitize toys
• Keep working area free of sharp or harmful objects
• Be courteous in answering the childcare phone
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
• Know, understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
