Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Kids Attendant to care for children ages 6 months through 12 years while parents work out. You will create a safe, welcoming environment, supervise activities, and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with both children and parents. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire; High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Childcare or babysitting experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient reading and writing abilities.
• Service-oriented environment experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certifications as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile.
• Provide a friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Register and check-out children and parents.
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety.
• Engage children with games and activities.
• Perform sanitation of toys and a clean workspace.
• Follow all policies, procedures and standards.
