Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Kids Attendant to care for children from 6 months to 12 years while parents work out. You will foster a safe, engaging environment, lead games, and manage check-in/check-out per established safety standards.

Requirements include childcare experience, strong communication, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, and a high school diploma. The team offers a supportive culture and a free gym membership along with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certifications, as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet members & guests with a smile.
• Provide friendly atmosphere for members and children.
• Register and check-out of children & parents.
• Watch and care for children to ensure safety.
• Provide consistent interaction with children.
• Initiate games, arts & crafts.
• Bottle-feed babies per parental direction.
• Keep children calm and safe.
• Clean and sanitize toys.
• Keep work area free of hazards.
• Answer childcare phone courteously.
• Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
