Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Kids Attendant to care for children ages 6 months to 12 years. You will create a safe, welcoming environment, engage kids with games, and support parents during workouts in a gym setting.

Requirements include childcare experience, strong communication, and CPR/AED certification (within 30 days of hire). A High school diploma or GED is required, with benefits including a free gym membership and PTO where applicable.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience or babysitting is required
• Effective communication and excellent customer service is essential
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Service-oriented environment experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Certifications as local/state laws require

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile
• Create a friendly atmosphere for members and children
• Register and check-out children and parents
• Watch and care for children and ensure safety
• Engage children with games and activities
• Initiate arts & crafts projects and supervise toys
• Assist with feeding and calming infants as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized area
• Follow all policies, procedures, and standards
