• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive sales floor and support store team.
• Model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success.
• Lead and execute assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and timely customer resolution.
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to identify opportunities and improve results.
