The Children's Place in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. You will deliver excellent customer service through effective communication, product knowledge, and selling techniques, while maintaining merchandise presentation and a clean store and backroom.

You will handle stock, assist customers, and operate at the cashwrap, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to all company standards.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap while educating customers on the PLACE Card benefits.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
• Follow standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
• Support a neat, clean stockroom and a customer-ready environment, adhering to safety requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping to company standard.
• Protect assets by following Loss Prevention procedures.
• Inform Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs promptly.
• Contribute focused efforts toward store goals.
• Be flexible by processing stock when necessary.
