Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver educational and fitness-minded programming for children from infancy to 11 years old in the Kids Academy. You will organize, instruct, and run activities, including parties and events, while keeping a safe, fun environment.

You will greet members, monitor development, and coordinate with parents and staff to foster growth and well-being. Training and certifications must be completed within the specified period.

Qualifications

• Less than a High School Diploma or GED.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification due within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• Strong customer service and clear communication with parents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instructs and organizes activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Prepares for class and transfers kids to and from programming.
• Maintains attendance records and monitors safety and environment.
• Communicates with parents and team members about behavior and progress.
• Promotes Junior programming and maintains program areas per cleaning checklist.
