Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to provide educational and fitness-minded programming for children from three months to eleven years in the Kids Academy. The role includes organizing and instructing activities, ensuring safety, and occasionally hosting parties and events.

Responsibilities include greeting members, maintaining records, and promoting Junior programming to boost participation across Kids & Aquatics. Certification in First Aid/CPR is required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must complete Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to engage a group of children in activities and maintain safety and order.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Instruct organized activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children ages 3 months to 11 years.
• Prepare for class, transfer children to and from programming, and maintain attendance/incident records.
