Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Alsip, IL is seeking a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Training is provided, including paid RBT certification, and individuals without experience are welcome to apply. Compensation begins with hourly pay and includes growth opportunities; raises are common after RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
