Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and proof of degree (diploma or official transcript) must be provided during hiring.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with young children.
• Experience in childcare or health sciences is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic session data.
• Assist children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Support therapy sessions and stay actively engaged throughout activities.
• Learn and adapt to ABC’s treatment protocols and goals.
