Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of the kidney transplant program and ensure adherence to protocols and standards.
• Oversee evaluation, listing, and post-transplant management of candidates.
• Lead quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities (CMS, OPTN).
• Develop strategies to expand access to transplantation and strengthen living donor programs.
• Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and other stakeholders to optimize patient care.
