Qualifications

• Completion of ASTS-approved fellowship or equivalent training.
• Board eligible or Board certified by the American Board of Surgery.

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all surgical aspects of kidney transplantation.
• Support clinical operations, education, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate on strategic planning, faculty mentorship, and CMS/OPTN/UNOS readiness.
