Team Gilbert in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Recreation Leader for Kiddy Korner to run safe, engaging activities for children aged 18 months to 7 years. You’ll support program delivery, assist with events, and provide excellent customer service in a busy public setting.

Work is part-time (10–15 hours weekly) with mornings, afternoons, and occasional Saturdays; candidates must obtain CPR and Standard First Aid within 30 days, pass pre-employment checks, and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Be able to work with minimal supervision and respond to emergencies.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible availability to workdays and evenings (10–15 hours weekly).
• CPR and Standard First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Age requirement: Must be 18+ years.

Responsabilités

• Assist with implementing facility programs and events.
• Preparing activities, curriculum, leading and monitoring assigned activities, adapting to participant's needs, classroom management and maintaining records.
• Customer service to include fielding questions and resolving conflicts with internal and external customers.
• Facilitate a range of activities, crafts and games for children ages 18 months to 7 years in a safe and friendly environment.
