Job summary

Kid-to-Kid Short Pump is hiring Sales Associates to join the team in Richmond, VA. We seek dependable, friendly individuals who keep the store neat, organized, and welcoming while assisting customers and processing sales. Roles include cross-training across store areas and opportunities for advancement within the SRG network.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available with a focus on maintaining a busy, positive store environment and supporting our sustainability-driven mission.

Qualifications

• Reliable customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay organized and cross-train across store areas.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be helpful and nice to our customers - our store vibe is everything.
• Organize racks, tag and hang up clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us.
• Help make posts on our social media pages.
• Merchandise! Organize toy sections, shoe sections, make the store look pretty.
