Job summary

Kid to Kid Chester is hiring both part-time and full-time Sales Associates to join our team in Chester, VA. You will help customers, organize apparel, test toys, and ring up sales at the register, while learning across store operations.

You'll cross-train, gain real advancement opportunities within a network of nearly 30 locations, and enjoy benefits like a 30% employee discount and a supportive admin team. We value friendly, dependable people who keep the store inviting for families.

We buy gently used clothes, shoes, toys and equipment from people in the community - paying cash on the spot or offering even more in store credit. We then sell those items in our store at huge discounts. At Kid to Kid, we focus on sustainable fashion, upcycling, and helping the environment. Every single day, we help families meet their budget and support their growing kids with clothes and toys that help them feel confident.
