Future Opening: Kid's Crunch Attendant Second Shift
Reports to: General Manager
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Certifications, as local/state laws require
Special Skills
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly atmosphere for members and children
- Register and check‑out children and parents
- Watch and care for children to ensure safety
- Initiate games, arts & craft projects
- Bottle‑feed babies or assist older children in eating per parental direction
- Clean and sanitize childcare toys
- Keep the working area free of sharp or harmful objects
- Communicate information regarding children to parents/guardians
- Provide recommendations for toys, educational tools, etc.
- Know, understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
- Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager
- Know club facility and services
- Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
- The position may report to Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager where applicable
- Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook

- Annual Staff Meetings
- Monthly Department Meetings

Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 10 lbs on occasion
- Must be able to stand, bend and squat frequently
- Able to climb and hang decorations when needed

This is a part‑time position. Working evenings and/or weekends may be required.
