Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a dedicated Kid’s Crunch Attendant to manage our Kid’s Crunch area, ensuring a fun and safe environment for children. Responsibilities include interacting with children, leading activities, and maintaining a clean space.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and CPR/AED certification while showcasing a positive and professional attitude. This position offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing fitness brand that values inclusivity, energy, and community.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year of experience working with children.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Must demonstrate attentiveness to children in a busy environment.

Job Description

The Kid’s Crunch Attendant role is responsible for managing our Kid’s Crunch area and exhibiting fun, entertaining, and safe activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with children and members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Engage with children one‑on‑one and in group settings.
• Lead and participate in interactive activities.
• Ensure the safety and security of children while attending Kid’s Crunch.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for children to play in.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
