Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, invites you to join our Kids Club team to provide a fun, safe environment for guests' children aged 5–12. You will lead engaging activities, monitor safety, and help with setup and wrap-up of daily programs in a luxurious resort setting.

Ideal candidates bring High school education, CPR/First Aid certification, and prior experience with children, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to Four Seasons standards.

Formación

• CPR/First Aid certification completed.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Experience caring for children in the 5–12 age range.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities for children aged 5–12, ensuring safety.
• Coordinate swimming, outdoor games, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain accurate attendance, safety waivers, and notes on birthdays.
• Collaborate with Instructors to set up and break down activity spaces.
• Answer questions about Naples and the resort amenities.
• Ensure adherence to Four Seasons Standards and Policies.
• Work harmoniously with teammates and supervisors.

About the Role Provide fun, safe and interesting, environment for Guests five to twelve years old while complying with all four Seasons Standards and policies.

What You Will Do

• Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities (including: swimming, outdoor games and activities, arts and crafts) based on ages and skill level of children ensuring safety of children
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and -Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
• Answer questions about Naples
• Play a variety of sports and recreational activities
• Retain accurate records: children in attendance, safety waivers, children’s birthdays and cards
• Assist Instructors in room set up and break down

What You Bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard current
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• 6 months of experience working with children in this age group preferred
