Exos is seeking a Kid Care Associate in Minneapolis, MN to provide a safe, welcoming space for children and families, while supporting learning through play.

You will build strong relationships with children and parents, keep a clean environment, participate in meetings, and work with teammates to reach goals. CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain is required or on hire.

Job Summary: Responsibilities

We're seeking a Kid Care Associate to join our team. As our new Kid Care Associate you will:

• Create a unique and memorable relationship with each new child and parent team
• Provide a safe, clean atmosphere for children
• Foster age-appropriate learning and educational opportunities
• Create a fun, playful, family friendly environment
• Maintain neat, professional attire and a courteous, helpful attitude
• Attend department meetings as necessary
• Collaborate with your team members to build a highly effective team environment and accomplish team goals
• Foster and grow strong relationships with our fitness facility members

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $14 - $18/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
