Drury Plaza Hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a friendly Kickback Host to join our team part-time. You will help deliver the 5:30 Kickback experience, assist with food prep and cleanup, and keep the lobby and kitchen area clean and well-stocked.

You will answer guest questions and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Drury culture. The role emphasizes guest service, inventory, and adherence to food safety standards, with opportunities for growth and participation in our

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English.

Responsibilities

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests—prepare and assist with cleanup.
• Ensure kitchen and lobby areas are clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
