Responsibilities

• Make the Kickback area a welcoming space for guests and ensure guest happiness.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby clean and well organized.
• Meet food safety standards and keep supplies stocked at appropriate levels.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and promote Drury culture to guests and coworkers.
