Job summary

Drury Hotels is hiring for a guest-focused role at our Pittsburgh property. You will help run the 5:30 Kickback, assist in kitchen tasks, and maintain a welcoming lobby and dining area.

You’ll ensure cleanliness, stock supplies, and uphold food safety standards while delivering warm, attentive service to guests. We are seeking friendly, energetic individuals with a can-do spirit who can communicate clearly in English and contribute to a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Awareness of food safety basics and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• Keep kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked.
• Present Drury culture with integrity, service, and hospitality to guests and coworkers.
• Answer guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly service with a positive attitude.

Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” … well, happy for our guests.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.


• See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.


• Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.


• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.


• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.


• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
