Drury Plaza Hotel in Chattanooga is hiring to oversee the 5:30 Kickback, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through food preparation and hospitality. The role supports a clean, organized lobby and kitchen while promoting the Drury culture.

English-speaking communicators with a friendly demeanor are welcome and encouraged to apply. Incentives include a quarterly bonus up to $3,200 annually and hotel discounts, free room nights, plus growth opportunities through mentorship and development

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic communicator with strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm, friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy, comfortable atmosphere.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food prep and cleanup.
• Keep kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote Drury culture.
• Answer guests’ questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 service attitude.
