Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites - S. Price Road, Chandler, Arizona 85286 is hiring for a multifaceted role combining guest interaction, food preparation, cooking and cleaning. Starting pay is $18.26/hour with potential higher pay based on experience.

Schedule is 6-hour shifts from 3:30pm to 9:30pm, about 30 hours weekly. Includes quarterly bonus up to $3,200 yearly, flexible scheduling, PTO, hotel discounts and free room nights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and cleanup.
• Keep the kitchen and lobby areas clean and organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked.
• Demonstrate integrity, service and hospitality to promote Drury culture.
• Answer guests' questions with knowledge of hotel, area and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a positive attitude.

Position Overview: This is a multifaceted role involving guest interaction, food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Team members help ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, organize, and efficient work environment.

Schedule: 6-hr shifts from 3:30pm to 9:30. Approximately 30 hours a week

What you will do:

Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback 'happy hour' ... well, happy for our guests.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.

• See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.

• Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.

• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.

• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
