Drury Hotels invites applications for a part-time Bartender to staff the 5:30 p.m. Kickback reception at Drury Plaza Lake Buena Vista. You will serve beer, wine and cocktails from the Kickback menu while delivering friendly hospitality.

You’ll verify guest eligibility for responsible service, maintain a clean bar, handle inventory, and assist with post-shift cleanup. This role emphasizes guest interaction, safety, and our signature +1 Service Attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages during the two-hour Kickback from the approved menu.
• Verify guest eligibility and follow alcohol service standards.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area.
• Assist with breakdown, cleaning, and setup for the next day.
• Answer guest questions about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Support with Drury's +1 Service Attitude during service.
