Drury Plaza Hotel in Lake Buena Vista is seeking a bartender to provide friendly and efficient beverage service during the 5:30 p.m. Kickback, delivering hospitality that makes guests feel valued.

You will ensure responsible alcohol service, assist with post-service cleaning, and help maintain a welcoming bar area. Prior bartending or hospitality experience is preferred to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous bartending, food and beverage, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide beverage service during the 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests from the approved menu.
• Verify guest eligibility and follow responsible alcohol service standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area during service.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and setting up the Kickback and bar areas after service.
