Kreation Juice in Malibu seeks a KIC (Kreative In Charge) to own your store, develop your team, and create an amazing guest experience.

Lead & Develop, Drive Sales, Create Great Experiences, Know the Product, Own the Business, Set the Standard, Build the Culture — all to elevate guest satisfaction and store performance. Grow with Kreation by taking ownership and building a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Positive, organized and dependable; coaching a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales – help your store reach sales and performance goals.
