Job summary

Kreation Juicery Inc in Los Angeles seeks a KIC (Kreative In Charge) to own and grow a store, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll coach and motivate your crew, drive sales to achieve goals, maintain product quality and presentation, manage labor and inventory, and build a positive store culture. This role offers hands-on business experience in a health-focused brand with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Positive, organized, and dependable.
• Comfortable coaching and motivating a team.
• Passion for great service and the Kreation lifestyle.
• Management or leadership experience is a plus.
