Job summary

Kreation Juice in California is seeking a KIC (Kreative In Charge) to own the store, grow the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will coach your crew, manage daily operations, and drive performance with focus on quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a passion for service, and a collaborative mindset to build a high-performing team and memorable store experiences in a health-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Positive, organized, and dependable.
• Comfortable coaching and motivating a team.
• Passion for great service and the Kreation lifestyle.
• Management or leadership experience is a plus.
