Job summary

Palmen Kia in Kenosha, WI seeks an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles with accuracy and care. You will work under the Service Director, communicate clearly with customers and advisors, and contribute to a smooth service experience for every vehicle that enters the shop.

Requirements include 5+ years of Kia or import service tech experience, ASE certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Kia or import service experience.
• ASE Certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and service work on vehicles per repair orders.
• Test-drive and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional services.
• Provide time estimates for repairs.
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
