Requirements & Qualifications

• No experience required; bonus points for experience in customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive‑thru, safety standards, or fast‑food environments
• Minimum age 16 years
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects, stand and walk continuously for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely in compact spaces

Compensation

Team Member Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience, which will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges are:

• General: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
• New York: $15.50 to $16.00 per hour
• New York City: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour
