Requirements

• No experience required; bonus points for experience in customer service, cashier, cooking, food handling, basic math, drive‑thru, safety standards, or fast‑food restaurants.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly for entire shifts; maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.

Additional Information

• Team Member Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Exact compensation varies based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Starting compensation ranges per location:
• Salary range: $8.00 to $18.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below.
• Maryland: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
• New York: $15.50 to $16.00 per hour.
• New York City: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour.
• Cincinnati, OH: $10.45 to $15.00 per hour.
• Toledo, OH: $11.00 to $14.00 per hour.
