KBP Foods, a KFC franchise partner, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service at a busy location.

In this leadership role, you’ll uphold operational excellence, support a fast-paced team, and contribute to the iconic KFC experience while pursuing growth into higher management positions. Compensation is hourly with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $18.50 per hour
