Job summary

KBP Brands seeks a Shift Manager to lead a dedicated team at a high-traffic KFC location, driving exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You’ll role-model leadership, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting the store’s goals and brand standards.

In this role you will supervise daily operations, uphold food safety and quality, manage schedules, and coach team members toward professional growth while contributing to KBP Brands' continued success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during shifts to deliver fast, friendly service and consistent guest experience.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching to meet performance standards.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with brand procedures and policies.

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $18.50 per hour
