A leading fast food franchise in Toledo, Ohio, is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to control profitability, recruit team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Candidates should have at least one year in a managerial role in the food service industry and be available to work closing shifts. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility preferably in QSR.
• At least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand, walk constantly; maneuver through compact spaces and operate equipment.

• Control profitability: cash control/security, property inventory, labor, financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, assistant GMs.
• Coaching and training employees in operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts every other week.

Compensation

Compensation commensurate with skill and experience. Expected starting ranges:

• Maryland: $53k–$58k
• New York: $55k–$60k
• New York City: $65k–$70k
• Cincinnati, OH: $54k–$58k
