Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end keynote development, defining milestones and tracking deliverables across workstreams.
• Coordinate with executives, product teams, content leads, and design partners on themes and priorities.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to raise quality and reduce cycle time.
• Define and monitor program metrics to measure delivery performance.
• Apply generative AI tools to streamline documentation and reporting.
