Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Keynote Content Producer to shape the creative content behind its live experiences, including AU, OTC, TechX, and other flagship programs. You will translate ideas into presentation, multimedia, and demonstrations across Autodesk's growing portfolio.

You will lead multi-team coordination, build production plans, manage risks, and ensure show-ready assets for audiences worldwide, balancing creativity with execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Media Production, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in live event production, keynote production, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with interdependent workstreams and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience identifying project risks, dependencies, and decision points and driving issues to resolution.
• Experience working with external creative agencies or production vendors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to produce engaging keynote experiences across Autodesk's flagship events.
• Manage end-to-end production of keynote content including presentations, videos, and demos.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across teams and vendors, facilitating decisions and coordinating stakeholders.
• Lead presentation design, motion graphics, video production, and feedback across partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules for keynote, multimedia, and asset development.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive solutions to keep programs moving forward.
• Manage content milestones, reviews, and executive approvals; support rehearsals and show delivery.
• Coordinate asset reviews, approvals, and version control across stakeholders.
• Support rehearsals, integration, and onsite readiness for live delivery.
• Lead post-event retrospectives and translate lessons into improvements.
• Develop repeatable processes, templates, and playbooks to scale production.
