Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Keynote Content Producer to shape the creative content for our major live experiences, including AU, OTC, TechX, and more. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Media Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in live event production, keynote production, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple interdependent workstreams and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to build alignment and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience proactively identifying project risks, dependencies, and decision points and driving issues toward resolution.
• Experience working with external creative agencies or production vendors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Keynote Strategy and stakeholders to produce engaging keynote experiences, translating messaging into content.
• Manage end-to-end production of keynote content across Autodesk’s flagship events to ensure on-schedule delivery for live presentations.
• Drive alignment across teams and agencies, facilitating decisions and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Lead presentation design, motion graphics, video production, and agency partners, providing feedback and managing timelines.
• Develop and maintain integrated workback schedules across keynote presentations and creative assets.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across content workstreams; surface issues early and drive solutions.
• Manage content milestones including script development, rehearsals, and executive approvals.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and version control across stakeholders and production partners.
• Support rehearsals, integration, and onsite readiness to ensure show-ready assets.
• Lead post-event retrospectives, document lessons learned, and implement improvements.
• Develop repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for Autodesk’s keynote function.
