The role involves skilled and safe backhoe operation on diverse sites, daily pre/post inspections, leading the construction crew, reading survey staking, and performing laborer duties with light maintenance.

Requirements include a valid Medical Card, age 21+, and at least 2 years of backhoe experience. EOE/Vet/Disability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of backhoe experience.
• Valid Medical Card required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate a backhoe safely on a variety of job sites, including off-road areas.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections as required by regulations.
• Lead the construction crew to ensure progress and safety.
• Read survey staking and translate into on-site actions.
• Perform laborer duties and basic equipment maintenance.

• Skillfully and safely operating a backhoe through all types of environments including off-road jobsites
• Perform pre & post trip inspections as required by company and federal regulations
• Lead the construction crew
• Read survey staking

• Basic maintenance to machinery
