Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. in Georgia is seeking an industrious team member to help operate our precast concrete production in a fast-paced plant.

In this non-exempt role you will strip and clean forms, prepare steel molds, perform basic carpentry, and assist with facility maintenance, contributing to safe, efficient production and high-quality products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. daily.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial concrete manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products
• Prepare steal molds for filling with concrete
• Perform basic carpentry skills
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Construction experience preferred
• Precise/western/efco panel experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
