Tell Manufacturing in Lititz, Pennsylvania is seeking a Production Specialist for the Keying Department. This temporary role offers potential for conversion to full-time on the first shift, working 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will operate key-cutting equipment, assemble and pin locks, inspect products, and fulfill customer orders accurately and safely. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing, strong hand-eye coordination, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Prior forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Cut and duplicate keys using key-cutting equipment.
• Assemble, disassemble, rekey, and master-key locks.
• Pin cylinders and replace tumblers, springs, and other components.
• Complete orders according to customer specifications.
• Inspect, test, package, and label finished products.
• Maintain equipment and accurate key and lock records.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
