Job summary

Specs Family Partners is seeking a capable store supervisor to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store objectives and maximizing profitability. This role supervises sales staff, stockers, cashiers, and other non-management team members, while assisting in in-store duties and maintaining adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience or completion of the MIT program.
• Retail sales management experience preferred.
• An associate degree or higher is preferred but experience can substitute.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Assist Store Manager and District Manager with payroll controls and scheduling.
• Maintain store safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Review pricing, displays, and cleanliness; ensure accurate till reconciliation.
