Job summary

Family Dollar in Kiln, Mississippi is seeking a part-time team member to deliver customer service, assist with merchandise selection, and process sales at the POS. You will help unload deliveries, stock shelves, and support daily store operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Unload merchandise, stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and asset protection.
• Open/close duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
