See’s Candies in the Chicago area is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic team member to deliver outstanding customer service and help drive daily sales. The role involves opening and closing the store as a Keyholder, handling transactions, merchandising displays, and supporting a positive team atmosphere.

You will assist in maintaining safety, policy compliance, and a welcoming shopping environment while meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Must be able to open and close store as a Keyholder.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stock shelves, ring sales, stand or walk the entire shift, and lift up to 25 pounds.
