Job summary

Family Dollar in Greenwood, MS is seeking a part-time team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and process sales with the POS system. You will help maintain stock, support deliveries, and aid the Store Manager with daily activities while upholding store standards.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is required; lifting up to 40 lbs. is expected, with up to 55 lbs. on occasion. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (up to 55 lbs. occasionally) and frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and assist with deliveries and replenishment.
• Provide support to store management and open/close when needed.
• Assist with asset protection and daily store operations.
• Complete all required training and follow company policies.
