Job summary

Ace Retail Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate with Keys to support receiving, stocking, pricing, and merchandising while keeping the store clean and orderly.

The role includes directing store operations in the absence of management and delivering friendly customer service, resolving issues, and assisting with price changes and merchandising. Compensation is $12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of ARG.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when they are finished and when they are leaving the store.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; collaborate well with customers as well as associates.
• Ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.
• Forward all customer complaints that cannot be resolved to a member of management.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Work to resolve issues with the customer and have ARG's best interests taken into consideration.
• Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products.
• Assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
